Die Gänsekeule war ausreichend und auf den Punkt gegart, der Koch zeigte sich mit der Soße verliebt (zu salzig). Das reichliche Rotkraut befriedigend, die Knödel zäh und geschmacklich neutral.Ein leckerer Apfelstrudel zum Abschluss stimmte versöhnlich."
