"Tonight was the first time at this location and it was the WORST experience ever!! I came with a group of people three separate orders and they messed up each order! They forgot my wings to my order then they went and put them in the fryer after about 20 minutes I went back to the counter and they “Forgot” to turn the air fryer on? Who does that! When my wings where done the guy tossed them in little to no bbq sauce in a aluminum pan when I asked for more bbq sauce the girl behind him seemed to be upset because I asked for me bbq sauce , I mean I did pay for them right? I ordered a special of two medium pizzas with cheese bread and the bread was literally stuck to the pan. And what took the cake was, there was kids playing inside with a ball hitting the people at my table and no one said anything instead they where back there all talking and having a good ol time. The only person who seemed to be doing his job tonight was the cashier he seemed to be the only one working while everyone else just stood around and chatted. Never again will we be back. Horrible service."

"We decided to have an early dinner so we chose Me-n-Ed's it wasn't bad it wasn't over crowded the pizza was just a little bit more toasted than we used to but it wasn't burnt it wasn't a bad visit they have plenty of employees working but it looked like a lot of their business was delivery business"

"Ordered a 3 topping large for pick up and they said ready in 25 minutes. I showed up in 24 minutes and out was ready to go. I didn't even wait in line on a Sunday evening. I've eaten at this location a few times and never had any issues. Located right off the 168 at Temperance. My next experience wasn't so good. I called 2 times and was disconnected. The 3rd time a girl picked up and asked me to hold. After 3 minutes, someone picked up and hung up the line. I gave up and went elsewhere to order."
