"Amatrice de restaurant j'ai été très déçu, je reviens tout les ans mais cette fois c'est la dernière. La patronne est sympathique, le serveur aussi. Cependant la cuisine n'est pas de qualité. A ce prix on trouve du fait maison dans le coin (sans citer de restaurant). Il faut vous renouveler ce n'est plus possible de ne pas faire des frites maison aujourd'hui, la base... La pâte pizza n'est pas bonne et la garniture absente, j'ai demandé une pizza 4 fromages, j'ai eu une pizza au gruyère. Le cadre du restaurant est agréable dommage que la cuisine ne suive pas. Vous avez pourtant du potentiel... Bonne continuation."

"We were driving through the Gorge and planned on a pleasant lunch. We found it. The location is idyllic. We ate outside under a large roofed porch. They serve a menu of the day. It was bountiful and delicious. It was perfect for a tasty casual lunch in the country. It felt like we were in an impressionist painting. We would go back. It was a very pleasant experience. This is a real family restaurant and very friendly."

"When we arrived here as a family to enjoy a nice time together, the first thing we were told was to NOT order different dishes each as it was not convenient for the cook and we should not complain to be served late.... That was...after being told when we booked that we’d better not come late ! Then the waiter explained that many bad clients order different things and then complain that it takes time to come...We nevertheless ordered what we wanted. A lady then brought the drinks and dropped half of them on the floor on the way. The dishes came reasonably on time but in various batches, and absolutely every dish had some sugary sauce or some sweet components to it, including starters and main dishes, and of course the sweets, very sweet indeed. probably to mask the bitterness of the owner . Finally when we left there to go have a dip in the river 80m down the road before to leave, the owner shouted at us that we had to move our cars from his parking and go park by the river as we were no more clients in his restaurant from that moment ! He abused one of us in particular who refused to return to the parking...because he had no car there ! he came in the car of his brother Very unfriendly place and not that good food either frankly. The salads were huge but awful. Only the entrecôte steak and beef burgers was good. Fish burger not good ! Bread not good either. Squids a la plancha were absolutely tasteless and dry, probably just defrost. Broccoli purée was served as side dish to many of us...in summer...probably not fresh and not tasting good."

"We decided to have lunch in this restaurant in consideration of all positives comments received. I was greatly disapointed non only by the products used (frozen fish, salad non fresh, terrible fish and chips) but also by the terrible service received. The comments and aswered...to our questions were abolutely inappropriate and unprofessional. Just read their comments on all trip advisor comments is a proof of their arrogance! when you pretend to be the best, have some humility to question yourself …. good luck!"
