"Casa Aldaba in La Hiruela, #Madrid. A very charming restaurant and rural accommodation in this town in the Sierra Norte Madrid. In this establishment you play with good taste, simplicity and good products. Some dishes well prepared and flavorful. To highlight the starters, some spectacular boletus croquettes and some scandalous dried potatoes with torrezno de Soria. The seconds were entrecote de la sierra and wild boar in the old fashioned way. The first great product, a first class flavor and texture, the wild boar well done, but perhaps it lacked a bit of sauce for my taste. I would have liked to get wet. Dessert a very rich and fluffy baked cheesecake with strawberry jam. A few shots to warm up the food and you're done. We have remained as Cappadocian parents. The service was good and attentive. Perhaps the time between the starters and the seconds took a bit, but it is forgiven for the great work done in the dining room and kitchen of this small mountain restaurant. The price according to what is offered, is paid with pleasure. "You can't ask a restaurant any more: I asked for a gr shot, half a serving of chistorra, a soup, cheese flank and everything was very good. and digestion was very mild despite that pantagruelic food. the first genre, all well cooked, very good treatment and very affordable prices. highly recommended after a walk through the woods."
