"You need to update your online menu prices when you have an increase. A jump from $13.50 to $18.00 is a lot when on a fixed income. I understand costs going up but the prices you charge need to match the prices you advertise. If not, it’s bait and switch, bad business practices and illegal. My family loved Caritas Uruapan since you opened in Lemon Grove and sadly your 33% increase removes you from my budget. So sad to say goodbye to a business that has been a part of our family for almost 3 decades."

"I went in to try to order food while waiting for my laundry across the street. The drive thru window was long, which is fine. I didn't think much of it. When I get to the window, the first employee went to ask the typical questions about ordering a new item and when I went to order, another employee popped in over the speaker to announce that their card reader was down. I wasn't irritated at that, though, I didn't have cash. What upset me was that I asked for some way that we could come to a compromise, as in me paying in person but ordering there since the line was long. I had to sit and wait in a line for no food or discount offered or anything. She essentially told me there was no way of handling the situation, which was annoying. I've worked food industry for 7 plus years and it was not the way to handle a customer. She made no effort to apologize for the inconvenience or anything. I get bad days at work, but, it was not handled well"

"Good burgers, fries, and salads! The double is just too big, bring your appetite or order the single. Burgers are juicy and tasty. Fries were fresh and good. The balsamic grilled chicken salad is good as well. Also a large meal. Burgers needed a bit more ketsup on them but that is an easy fix. Restaurant is very clean. Service was great."

"Two days in a row I ordered food from them. The food is great but I ordered large iced coffees add cream and sugar and two day in a row I get black iced coffees. The second day I was hopeful they wouldn’t do me like that twice. I mean, how hard is it to read a screen? I’ve done this type of job before. Apparently at this place, it extremely difficult. Who tf want a large black iced coffee?! Nasty!"

"I have often gone to this chill, and the inconvenience of quality no longer makes me visit this place. last night, I ordered one. I have some paintings and even with my experience in the past I decided to go. the steaks we ordered did not even come to us medium, it was less rare than anything. it was also ordered medium size, but you could not even see a line of cooked meat. it was just red. the child's meal lacked that it was drinking and the mais on the cob was muddy and rough. I even noticed that my order lacked an article and mentioned it to the delivery driver think that she might have left him inside. but their answer to me was: “They did not give it to me...” I hate the fact that chili used door crap for their deliveries also when they get them from the website. you're stuck with the wrong or lacking stuff and nobody wants to help fix it. as I said, this is not the first time before it was mid covid, I took it as under the personal or just a bad day. but it seems that they can never get it directly in the fletcher parkway chili. for a business that slipped during covid orders, these entries should be the simplest and come 100% every time. so fair warning to the one that goes into this facility."
