"I use to love this place but the customer service is absolutely horrible now. They NEVER answer the phone and when you text a phone order you don’t get back a confirmation price or anything. The lack of care for the customer who is trying to make a simple order is insane. Always smells like rotten milk and is extremely hot in the building as well."

"Worst parking lot I've ever been to it's a nightmare just to get into the parking lot and park took almost 5mins then when I was leaving come to find they blocked one of the exits so you have to go through the drive through just to get out well I had already gone inside to meet some one And didn't need to buy anymore I have a SUV so went right over the small curb and out the blocked exit it was a nightmare just getting out of the parking spot it's so crowded and the line is in the way people are rude so I had to just back up and if that jerk didn't stop he would hit me so he had to let me in so I wasn't gonna wait til I got through the drive through for no reason so I went up a small curb past the cones and I was free ... Other then the parking the inside was clean and staff was friendly but just can't see myself dealing with the drive through parking nightmare ever again"
