"We were in nearby Bize Minervois and decided to try Le Chat for lunch. Half an hour later we were devouring some of the best Confit du Canard we've ever had. Initially it looked a bit tiny but it just kept on giving. Moist, meaty, tasty, the way it should be. And the house wine waspretty good to."

"We made our first visit to La Selette on our most recent trip to the area. What a great find. First, it is one of the only restaurants open on a Sunday evening. Top that with some great food. Steaks and beef are the main fares. Mine was terrific. My wife, however, had a great fish there as well. They have an ample wine list, as well as other mixed drinks. Make a reservation."

"We took the menu of 22 euro starter main course dessert. Good food and interesting preparation. Red wine of domaine du Sicard Aigues Vives Hérault very good and reasonable price. Wine of the area is always the best option and the wine is so good may be not so well know but really good. "Spent pleasant evening having tasty local food. My 8 year old tried my grilled mussels and garlic starter as well as my wife's escargot starter both of which he enjoyed. The staff were attentive.
