"Loved this place! Great staff and service, but the food took it to another level. The bacon was cooked to perfection! Perfectly crispy, and not burnt in the slightest. The omelette was delicious and I could taste the freshness of the tomatoes in everybite. I will definitely be back."

"Yo, this place is Amazing!! A friend and I tasted one of their bottles of mead at the grocery store once and knew we had to go.We finally got the chance driving back from Asheville and it was most definitely a highlight of the trip. The three of us came late maybe 1/2h before closing, it was quiet, our group and a couple others and the amazing Nick! Behind the bar.After checking our ID’s Nick let us sample many of the meads on tap, as we slowly picked out 3-4 bottles each to take home (it’s that good! And strong) highly recommend, ancestral Mead, vikings blood, and the mojito style one.Nick was very down to earth, a good conversationalist and listener. You can tell that he really really cares about the product he’s created and sells, really it’s an injustice to call it a product it’s much more of an experience. That’s all without taking a tour (not sure if he does tours of the back of house) just the taste, packaging and most of all the way Nick interacted with us.I’m very grateful we were able to stop visit, experience Stardust Cellars. Our drive back could have been an unmemorable chore yet because of Nick it was one of the best parts of the trip.If you’re considering it, I highly recommend stopping by! Thank you again Nick.Edit: Oh this place is so good we’ve all kept a carefully removed bottle cap to turn into a pin."
