"Went for lunch whilst visiting Einsiedeln and fancied a pizza. Unfortunately, after ordering pizza, the waiter said the oven was faulty and I couldn't have it. I ordered the Aglio spaghetti instead. When it came it was tasty and I did enjoy it so was quite happy with my replacement. Overall a pleasant lunch."

"We came to Landgasthof Post to have pizza. The restaurant is ok, nothing charming but clean and correct. First we had a green salad each and then a pizza margarita and a caprese. The salad was nice and fresh, the pizza was good but not outstanding. The service is friendly and efficient."

"Das Güggeli im Körbli kommt ein bisschen anderst als man es sich aonst gewohnt ist. Ich kenne Güggeli im Körbli so, dass es in Sauce schwimmt. Im Sihlsee ist die Sauce leider separat und sehr dickflüssig. Das Cordon-Bleu ist gut, haut mich aber auch nicht um. Was jedoch wirklich zu loben ist, sind die Glaces. Wirklich sehr fein."

"We spend a lot of our time between Greece and Switzerland so discovering this treasure of a restaurant in Einsiedeln was amazing. Food is beyond excellent and you feel like you are some little island, with Mama cooking in the kitchen. Highly recommend this restaurant to all! Lovely owners, great service, and lovely atmosphere. "This place was recommended because of their meat dishes as have their own butchery... we and our gourmand friends decided to have most their meat dishes cordon bleu, steak, most served with fries and rice and a soup... meat dishes were, well, nothing special... my soup was very salty, tasted and looked exactly the same like in other places... a ready to cook preparation just add boiling water, more salt and maybe some Aromat... Is a kids friendly place. There is a special kids menu, more or less the same but smaller portions. The only thing what we appreciated the most was the wine ordered; a red Swiss wine matured inside the monastery ....The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, with wooden finishings, everything in order and cleaned as most Swiss standards.Service was unnecessarily hasty since the restaurant wasn't full, the waitress could took it easy with us but looked that she wanted to finish asap, everything cleared and cleaned!... just wanted to continue to finish the fries from the dish, turned to talk and then suddenly the dish was disappeared from the table...Maybe having bratwursts, mulled wine and other hot snacks at the Christmas market stands were of better value than this dining experience but it was so Arctic freezing outside..."
