"The kitchen needs to get it together. Food was bland, flavorless and heavy. Not to mention we did not get any food until 50 minutes after we ordered. We ordered crab cakes and wings for apps. The crab cakes is a single large “crab cake” that is fishy, cold and the remalude was not appealing either. The fish and chips was dense, dry and way over cooked. The fries were good. Tartar sauce had no flavor and a weird texture. Coconut chicken had so much sauce on it it was just gross. The Cesar salsa dressing is devoid of flavor completely and the tiny undercooked shrimp leave little to be desired. The wings are very good. I don’t know what happened because we have really enjoyed this restaurant before. I understand waiting because the kitchen is behind and the restaurant is busy especially on a holiday. It would be worth waiting for good food. This was not good food. The menu really needs an overhaul and some flavor. It doesn’t make sense to me how all these restaurants in green wood lake have prime locations and terrible food. Will give another try hopefully they revamp the menu."
