"Well we went there on the 6th of August. I asked for 2 coffee which took 1/2 hour, then didn't get a spoon, so asked the waitress laughed and said she forgot and then didn't bring one for 20 minutes, had to use my fork to stir the coffee. Two of us ordered Parmesan southern fried chicken and fries. I was told that I would receive extra fries since they were out of coleslaw and didn't want their salsa. Didn't get the extra. I had said very clearly that I could not have seeds in my food and when I received it there was ground tomato on the bottom of my plate full of seeds which then made the fries watery mush as I am sure it was straight from a can. Two other people ordered bowties with chicken and cream sauce and first were brought pizza as they confused the order and finally when the pasta was ordered it was watery thin.The waitress argued with me saying if I ordered parmesan chicken with fries that I should have known I would get watery canned ground tomatoes. The menu didn't talk at all about any sauces, and she said didn't I know what parmesan was and I said yes chicken with cheese!All in all and very poor service and meal. I most certainly could not recommend the place only to stay away! It was expensive at $25 / $26.00 a meal."

"I came here with a group of 6 for Saturday lunch. Patio seating had nice view and ambience. Staff were nice and friendly. We ordered Cod tacos, coconut shrimps, chicken sammy, steak Sammy, Greek poutine. I had tacos, the cod was nice and crispy, the mangoes were amazing. I wish I could get a side of just the seasoned mangoes. Food came out pretty quick and everything was pretty good and well portioned. We had a nice time!"

"I had been eyeing this place for awhile and finally had the opportunity to go with a group of six other diners. We tried a variety of offerings, and we found the dishes to be a little “hit and miss”. The dumplings, coconut curry and popcorn chicken were standouts (the chicken especially). The broccoli beef lacked some flavour, and the chili chicken was very disappointing. It felt like some components were missing from certain dishes. The service was friendly, but timing was awkward for certain things. Like how one person in our group got served a bubble tea long before any of us got our first drinks, and even that was a bit of a wait. Beer takes little preparation compared to bubble tea, so not sure what the deal was there. Overall, I do think I will go back someday to see if they’ve improved. But for now I think I’ll try some other places."

"Midtown brewing in wellington must be the worst show I've ever seen. not only do they lack any kind of thought or imagination in their beer creation, I waited 10 minutes only to order, only to never let it appear after almost 20 minutes waiting, and I understand the idea that locals can be underoccupied. that was not the case. the commands were taken well and delivered after I finally put mine in. that's a joint where I'll never take part again. (I know first world problems! but I had to warn others of this hole"

"We shared a large large barbecue chicken pizza between two people. The size was comparable to other restaurants. the pizza was very good not too greasy, perfect sauce and toppings with thinner crust and it was perfect for a lunch. There are different specials depending...on the day of the week. We would return again. The service was friendly. The records decorations and juke box will give you a bit of nostalgia"
