"This restaurant is a bit hidden in broad ends, but it is worth it. uniquely a small family business, you can see immediately. always courteous and friendly! have never been badly served here. during the week there is rarely buffet in the evening, however I am not a big fan of these quantities. here is served at the table, so I very much appreciate that you can choose from the map or simply put a fresh plate for the middle of the table together! at the weekend the order is quite large due to the buffet, but the selection is more than sufficient. especially I appreciate the grill, there is the possibility to put together several sorts meat and fish and nicely a dish and then simply to hand it to the chef. very very pleasant! also giving multiples in small quantities is not a problem here, all very relaxed. price/ performance fits here easily. ps: some reviews here aim at the wrong restaurant, for example the "big railway station" is in communication and not in mechernich. so be careful to judge! here is worth a visit"
