"I used to come to this place all the time, I was disappointed of my salad and homemade chips. For 32.00 it should be better plus the service used to be better, upbeat and friendly, now its just kinda like ok. I guess this is why their business is not as busy like it used to be. "First impression really makes a difference.My first visit to this location was a horrific. The young lady, who waited on me, was short at the drive thru. She was not friendly. Once I arrived at the second window, I noticed she was on her cellphone, engaged in a personal conversation.She gave me my bag and closed the window, without uttering a word. This is not the kind of person to be serving customers. I doubt if I will ever visit this location again."

"Food was good. Service was really slow. Update: Made another trip a few days later. Pulled into a stall tried to order was told to go to drive through... got there speaker was broke. Had a sign to pull up to Window, did that waited at least 25 minutes... then they tried to give me someone else's order... tried to order then and was told they were completely out of shakes.. so we just left after wasting all that time well over 30 mins we ended up going somewhere else to eat. This place needs to get equipment fixed or closed. Not a happy camper..."

"Waiting was terrible, but that probably had something to do with the speaker didn't work properly and the first window worker was not nice at all, benefiting the doubts there because he probably frustrated over the speaker, but he must remember that it is not the fault of the customer. "This place has one crew that's always on point then the other crew doesn't get anything right. They gave us 4 extra pieces of chocolate cheesecake the other night and we didn't even order chocolate cheesecake we ordered chocolate chip cheesecake andstrawberry cheesecake. They messed up a blt with no mayo no lettuce and add cheese 8 times one night... the food will be coldor the fries will be soggy like they just reheated them in the oil. They either give us unsweet tea or the tea is so warm itmelts the ice and tastes watered down. One night a manager yelled at me saying I ordered my food wrong. How else can you ordera blt no mayo no lettuce add cheese so I said bacon tomato and cheese on a bun he said what? Those were the only 2 ways. I wasat the walk up window and another customer was at the drive thru having problems with him as well.. they forget food leave stuffoff the trays. Over charge. Then dont want to fix it or some get an attitude if you ask them to fix it. We spend atleast 40bucks here 4 to 6 times a week because of the work hours we have right now. Some of the workers are awesome but it's the oneswho act like they hate life and their jobs that need to be replaced"
