"Cute bakery tucked into the back lot behind Boston Market Domino's. The owner is super sweet and nice.3.5/5 for the cinnamon sugar croissant3/5 for the chocolate croissant decent amount of chocolate to croissant ratio, not as crispy as the almond croissant3/5 for the almond cake with chocolate mousse and hazelnut buttercream. This is a gluten free option. It started off being very very tasty but after several bites only tasted like sugary buttercream at the end. Maybe if the chocolate mousse was darker it could offset and cut the sweetness.2/5 for the almond croissant super duper flakey and crispy croissant but the almond filling was too eggy and mushy0/5 for the eclair something was wrong with the filling the custard was sour. The chocolate was too much milk or sugar (the color was a bit off, looked more like dulce de leche)Think their pastry doughs are on point would come back to try their breads and/or danishes next time."
