"It is Sunday morning and we are on our way to the Haute Provence Geopark. The first station to Digne is Thoard. The trails lead us up to Chapelle Ste. Madeleine and the sheep pastures on the other side. At noon we were back and the effort had made us hungry. At Marie in La Beluguette you're still sitting at the Apro. Lunch later. This is nothing for stressed tourists from the capital, but we had time. So we only enjoyed our apro in the shadow of the house. Not all guests could wait. Only a few tables remained. With a lot of pleasure, Marie crowned her offer on a large table table for table. Only when all the guests had chosen, they went to the kitchen to cook for us. The friendly colleague gave us wine, water and bread. We chose the salad with sheep cheese and lamb. The salad was fresh from the vegetable farmer, which we already questioned on our way to the Chapelle about the harvest and the lamb was from the neighbor. He's a cattle breeder and so the slices are not cut accurately like the butcher. With this knowledge we were extremely excited to prepare our selection. The salad of fresh tomatoes, plucked mangold leaves with nuts and olive oil, and the fried sheep cheese was very tasteful and delicious. The lamb slices, slightly indigesible, but tender in meat and with an aromatic crust, fried in olive oil on the Plancha. For this cold ratatouille, noodles and mangold leaves. The food was a pleasure. All guests had received their food almost at the same time. The cook was praised by Allen for her excellent creations and everyone looked at her joy. She is passionate in the kitchen and is very happy to present the products from this charming area. We were initially surprised by the calm and serenity, but very satisfied after eating. Thank you."
