"I am very sympathetic to the labour shortage that is affecting the customer facing industry right now and know that they are trying their best with the staff that they have. Issue is, the one area that cannot be compromised or be overlooked right now is cleanliness. This store has their priorities in the wrong places. The state of the Second Cup on Pierrefonds was terrible this morning: dirty sticky tables , soiled garbage area and even worst was the bathrooms the women's bathroom is out of order and the men's toilet was so putrid I couldn't use it . I haven't see a bathroom this bad in a long time. The only saving grace is that my coffee was decent. Please please put a focus on cleanliness at a time like this. The unboxing of the mugs cups you received could have most likely waited as the store had a total of 5 customers in the 2 hours I was there. I will not be going back anytime soon even though the location is practical."

"I had the most flakiest and softest chocolate croissant I’ve ever had in my life. The coffee was delicious and the service was excellent. Definitely will be back!"

"I recently had a notably disappointing experience at the Starbucks location in DDO, Montreal. During my latest visit, I encountered a significant delay at the drive-thru, where I ended up waiting for over 15 minutes, only to realize that my order had been forgotten. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this specific location. I’ve noticed that the lattes here often taste burnt, a stark contrast to the high-quality beverages I’ve received at other Starbucks locations. I usually look forward to the consistent quality and customer service Starbucks is known for, but this branch consistently falls short of those expectations. It’s disheartening, as I’ve always considered Starbucks a go-to for my coffee needs. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration, as I believe everyone deserves a pleasant experience, especially when it comes to enjoying their favorite coffee."
