"Soir de semaine, réservation 20h15. Tout juste assis que l'on nous saute dessus pour les boissons. Sans même avoir vu une carte. On nous l'amène après demande avec au dos toutes les entrées et les plats autres que les pizzas inscrites sur le set de table. Nous somme venus pour manger des tagliatelles. Ayant vu sur internet que les plats étaient faits maison, nous avons voulus y goûter. Le serveur, (enfin celui qui nous sert) nous répond sèchement qu'il n'y a que des pizzas ( pourquoi comment excusez moi...) nous ne méritons pas d'explication. Une enfant de 2 ans et demi à table. Ça ne leur vient pas jusqu'à leur esprit de nous proposer une assiette pour la petite ou ne serait-ce qu'une carafe d'eau. On nous demande aimablement si notre fille mange des sucettes "sucette à la main" ( très aimable) mais en plein milieu de son repas. Sur la fin de notre Pizza, nous entendons la cuisine prévenir la salle qu'il ne reste qu'un dessert. ( nous sommes mardi, arrivée 20h15, une table de 3 dans le resto avant nous). Du coup, on nous débarrasse et on nous propose un café. ( pas de dessert, pas d'excuses, pas m****).Autant de fois que le serveur nous emmène quelque chose, pour accompagner mes "merci" pas un de rien, pas de "je vous en prie" même pas un regard!!!!Et pour couronner le tout nous demandons un bouchon pour emporter la moitié restante de la bouteille de Lambrusco, et devinez quoi, le serveur en cherche un dans la poubelle derrière le bar. Bref, nous aurions dû rebrousser chemin dés le début, nous leur avons donner notre argent tout en ayant la nette impression de les déranger en plein match (tous assis devant la télé côté bar)Tout en sachant qu'en salle côté client, télé éteinte, pas même un zeste de musique pour essayer de consoler notre peine. DESESPERANT. Nous nous excusons auprès de notre fille privée de dessert. Le personnel que j'ai vu véhicule l'image de l'entreprise. Je ne sais pas si le patron y était, mais quoi qu'il en soit, ces gens font honte aux métiers de la restauration. Il n'y connaissent rien et la satisfaction client est le dernier de leur souci. Autant fermer."
