"$15 for a prime rib Philly dip. Oh yummy I thought. Leftover meat from the weekend supposedly soaked in au jus. The bun was NOT toasted nor warmed. When I picked up the first half the bun was cold and over half of the bun was so soggy it was gooey dough and the Swiss cheese already hard and bland. The meat was dry and my portion was more fat than meat. the veggies were merely at room temp. Every fan in the tiny restaurant area was on full blast so it was icy cold during our meal. The waitress stated she was new and struggling with electronic ordering gizmo. We wouldn’t even be posting a review but after we decided to suggest to the cook about toasting the buns for future reference, he wanted to insult our intelligence and tell us that the buns had been toasted. Our first time in…just wanted a simple meal to celebrate our anniversary and was sorely disappointed! Result….NOT GOING BACK"

"The first impression on foot, the dining area is small and well worn, but clean. The Boo5h I sat in was uncomfortable. An employee was cleaning tables and almost all the time I was there. Service was friendly and efficient. My problem was that no one was checked after my meal to see if I needed anything else. I'd really like to have some sour cream, but now I know to ask if I order if I want something. I wasn't sure why I waited. The chips and salsa were not the greatest. The chips were stale and tasteless and the salsa was waaaaaayy too spicy. I ordered the Pollo a la Crema and a chicken chimichanga. The chicken in the crema court was hard as if it had been frozen and/or microwaved. I enjoyed the brown sauce and mushrooms and onions. The fried beans and rice were beans. I salted them to add taste. The shredded chicken in Chimichanga was the most tasteful and pleasant part of the meal, even if it was a bit dry. A small acid cream would have helped or even a little splash of enchilada sauce. I felt that there was a clear lack of cheese in my meal except a tiny sprinkle on salad and beans. Overall, I would rate the food 3 stars of 5 and the service 4 stars. If I didn't have to look for someone to process my payment at the end and had been checked during the meal, it would have been 5 stars for the service. I will return to another time of day to see if things are better than tonight at 1 hour before closing."
