"Worst chipotle. The workers do not care, they stand around and talk while only 1 person works all while the whole place is a mess. The food is made/cooked all wrong. The guac was completely brown and disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go to any other chipotle."

I can't understand why someone from the internal line cannot help make mobile orders since no one is ordering inside the store. A great explain of poor management and individuals who don't understand the importance of customer service. This hasn't been my first experience with their poor service and I doubt it will be my last. The 3 stars I provided is because the food is good."

"I went here with family upon recommendation from a friend so I had high expectations. The establishment: From my first impressions, the store had a settle Mexican theme with hints of elegance with the silverware and tableware. Its small interior can hold few small parties of about 4 people. The store is located on a busy main road with ample parking that 's shared with nearby stores. The food: We ordered the appetizer sampler, Birria tacos and taco sampler, which includes 2 Al pastor, 1 steak, and 2 cow tongue tacos. The appetizer did it 's job well however, the chicken in the flauta was very dry. The taco sampler was tasteful and I appreciate that they were not greasy at all! The steak taco however, was also very dry and lacked flavor. The Birria tacos are a must try! (Point taken off for the dry meat. The drink: The horchatas are amazing here! I couldn 't stop drinking it, wished I ordered two. The staff: The waitress is A1! She 's the hostess, waitress, and busser so tip her well! She was working her butt off when we got seated and by the time we finished our food. I would recommend others to check this local spot out!"

"The bacon ranch burger was great. The service was laughable. 2 bartenders were busy, but avoiding eye contact, saying they heard me and not bringing what I asked for. Lots of lost money in lack or refills. I was a corporate server trainer and it doesn't get much worse. Both free poured liquor with my margaritas lacking hardly any Patron. Others appeared would be strongman lieu of time of the pour. Laura was my primary server, but perhaps it fairer to say she ignored me the most.i was just in 3 days prior and the bartender was on point earning her $20 tip on $30 bill. These two earned there $4 on $34."
