"Good food. Awful service. Placed us at the very edge of the coffee house where it was cold. We asked to point the available heaters our way more than once.... No help. I was already finished with my dish when the waiter asked whether my partner had received her's... Promised it would be ready in 3 minutes... took 10. The glass of water she ordered when we sat down arrived 5 minutes after her dish finally arrived. The food was good but the service was catastrophic. Oh and I forgot the popcorn they served us as we sat was served in a wet bowl resulting in wet popcorn."
