"A pleasant traditional Greek restaurant in the middle of Laganas. Family owners who were very welcoming and happy to chat. Good selection of traditional Greek food, burgers and pizzas. I would recommend the Feta Cheese wrapped in Filo pastry with honey and orange sauce. Beef and lamb kebabs from the grill menu were just perfect. Every diner has a different experience and one in our group found the steak wasn't to his liking. The management were brilliant offering a free desert but he declined as he said it was probably him being fussy. Complimentary Ouzo was provided afterwards for the extra Greek feel. If you can get a table here I would recommend trying the food."

"Our worst food experience on the island. Among other dishes, we've ordered grilled octopus. Seems like it was grilled last year, deep frozen and put in a microwave before being served. "We loved the ambience as the restaurant seemed cozy with plants and wooden decorations, even though it was on the street. The menu was also impressive. Most importantly, we were absolutely impressed by the food! In a week, this was the best (Greek) dinner ever. Beer still on tap (mid-October 23), wine very good and the portions generous with a starter on the house. Other guests also had pizza and nachos (which we wouldn 't think of now) but also looked good. Nice side effect: everything is not overpriced and the drinks are also rather cheap. Both the waitress and waiter are more than welcoming; 'The Island ' sees us again. Parking: There are free parking spaces on the side street, approx. 50 m from the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: No problem as it is built at ground level and wide."
