"Stopped for a (very) late lunch after the walk the west highland way of crianlarich. very glad to find that they have still served food. excellent quiche with fresh on the part of a salad and delicious homemade cakes. beautiful location, we sat outside and enjoyed the company of the inquisitive chicken. really highly recommended, definitiw the way from the west highland way it is worth it very well for hikers marked)."

"A fantastic place to shop and dine. There is a shop which stocks virtually everything you need for camping, biking, walking and touring, souvenir shops and a diner. When we entered the cafe it was very busy, there was a huge queue for food we think a couple of bus tours must of came in) however the serving staff were very quick and efficient, the queue soon went down and we were served within 10 mins. We ordered our food and drinks, the macaroni would be brought to the table. After about 30- 40 mins there was no sign of our macaroni so we asked one of the staff who was clearing away the table if it would be much longer. He came back with complimentary cakes and drinks then personally brought out the macaroni for us with an apology for the delay. This was totally unexpected and we were humbled by the generosity and service given to us on this occasion. I only wish every establishment gave this quality of service, the guy who went above and beyond for us should be given a medal for his customer service, outstanding. He was tiding up the tables about 3pm on Monday 9th of May 2022. The food was delicious, large portions and considering the location it came at a very reasonable price. The award winning toilets were just that award winning, very clean very tidy and smelled great. Well done the toilet staff, considering how many people use these conveniences they were immaculate). If you are in the area this is a must do visit."

"Yet again we presented ourselves at the restaurant for food. As always plenty of choices to consider and even with my food restrictions I still had choices particularly the amount of different soup flavers. I opted for the broth. I also chose a cheese burger with relish and coleslaw on the side. Also chose refillable irn bru glass. The soup was large portion with a lovely homemade flavour. The burger came out shortly after it had a real butchers flavour to it. Really enjoyed all my choices and would recommend to anyone. Will definetely keep coming back."
