"The server who prepared my chicken bowl just started his work yesterday and it was evident that he did not want to be there. He acted like I was bothering him when I ordered the ingredients for my chicken bowl. When he placed the lid to the bowl, he smeared sour cream all over the top of the lid. There were pieces of lettuce hanging out the sides of the lid. I asked him to wipe off the lid because he should not send a bowl out with sour cream all on the top. He wiped it off,but he was angry that I asked him to clean the lid. The chicken didn 't taste as if it had been seasoned when cooking. The rice was not cooked to tenderness. There were pieces of chicken,cheese, and lettuce spilled all over . No one was wiping up the spillage as they prepared a new order. This is not a place that I want to patronize anymore. Good customer service is important to insure that your customers are satisfied with your business. Never Again!"

"I don't like this place, but especially after today's experience. they gave me a little secret. they told me that the app will sometimes steal their money and then not completely order their mobile order, so if they do not show up they will not get their food they ordered, but it will still take their money. that was also the hired. it made me wonder why they do not make this public at all known that sometimes the app cheats them. I didn't have the confirmation number to ever prove a job because I didn't have my phone with me. the girl told me I can run and go to get the confirmation number and she said, "run and go the confirmation and I would like to make her eat." then I told her that I probably won't be back because it's a long drive and she just ignored me. so we never got our food, but they took our money for our several items we bought over the app."

"Yesterday at around 8pm, my daughter and I went to hot head burritos for dinner and we received the worst customer service. We were the only ones there and the two servers working had a really bad attitudes and kept rolling their eyes. My daughter was asking for specific ingredients but they kept saying that they couldn 't understand her, even when she kept repeating herself or saying the ingredients in English to be more clear. At the end at the cash register, one of the servers had pressed the wrong button, the women said to press cancel. I wasn 't sure if she was talking to me or her coworker but when none of us moved, she said in a harsh voice press cancel! No coming back!"

"Food was preordered specially ordered. Not on the main menu. It was really good. That being said I thought it would be ready sooner than it was. It took probably 20 minutes waiting in line at the drive thru. Service was okay. Like I asked for a couple of things on the side, (that didn't happen at all), then there was an item or 2 missing. Bummer since I did pay extra for them. As far as atmosphere? I'm not sure exactly what kind of atmosphere one expects thru the drive thru of a taco bell ? It was quite costly for taco bell when it was all totalled. $25-30 for 5 items with what I wanted on them. Rather expensive!"
