"1 frazzled waitress and one cook at lunch time isn't enough to operate.I waited 30 minutes for someone to take my order, and 50 minutes before my food arrived. I ordered the Honey BBQ Chicken Tender appetizer and this seemed to confuse the staff, she forgot if I wanted wings or tenders then forgot if I wanted buffalo or honey BBQ. I then overheard another confusion about sauce, and the tenders came out plain, no sauce... They fixed it which took another 10 minutes, then finally food to table. The food was pretty good but by this point I was too frustrated to enjoy it. I considered ordering desert but decided against it because of the time just getting an appetizer took. I decided not to wait around for the check so I waited up front and paid. The waitress apologized and said it's just her and a cook. I still tipped well, it's not her fault they're overwhelmed"

"Stopped by today for some subs. Ordered a couple of steak subs and some chicken fingers. The subs were not good at all. The sub was soaked in grease and the onions didn't taste good at all. Funny part is, while we had been waiting in the parking lot, I saw one of the male workers come out the back door, go through the trash, take out a box. Didn't think to much about but it was weird. Went inside to get my order and there it was! My food I paid $60 for is sitting in the box the guy just grabbed from outside. This place has been there since I was a young child so I'm not to sure how but if this is the best place in town, I'd rather by a frozen burrito from the store up the hill."

"I really want to love this place because I love BBQ and it's so close to my home. I will definitely give them another attempt, but my first experience was not great. I ordered the two meat plate and during the brisket was good (it is very dry, but I would like to add my own sauce, so no complaints about it) the pulled chicken was not good. Almost every single bite had a bone in it or some strange Gristle bits. I literally pulled bones out of my mouth. My pages weren't great either. The chicken plier dish was also expensive for chicken you basically get in any other generic restaurant for much cheaper. All in all, it was okay."
