"We visited the restaurant twice this summer. The service is very good and very friendly. It is a typical french restaurant in a beautiful village called Viala du Tarn. We have very much appreciated the use of fresh local food (meat and fish) and the kids loved the pizza!"

"It's probably worth mentioning that Auberge is the only restaurant in Viala-du-Tarn so you will end up eating here at some point during your stay in the area.The food is great quality and made from fresh local produce. I had a duck burger, something I've never had before and I would love to eat again. The local aperitif and wine was also good value and went very well with our meal.The service was friendly and efficient and we would have gone back here during our stay if the restaurant had been open.We visited just after the French holidays so the restaurant wasn't open each night so it might be worth phoning ahead if you're driving here from another town."

"Excellent accueil personnalisé dans la chambre où rien ne manque. Le service en chambre est aussi à la hauteur de l'ensemble de l'établissement.Nous avions choisi la demi-pension afin de visiter les environs. Nous recommandons cette formule car la table du soir ne réserve que d'agréables surprises. Les plats sont préparés à partir de légumes frais pour la plupart produits écologiquement dans le jardin del'hotel, les viandes sont suculentes. De plus le service est assuré par la patrone qui est au petits soins pour ses convives. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et comme nous n'avons pas épuisé les ressources touristiques de la région, nous y retournerons certainement."
