"The food was old. At a minimum, I'm certain it wasn't cooked the same day. The corn had a spoiled smell. I was so hungry that I are some of it, but we ended up leaving about half of what we bought because we were increasingly concerned about our own health. We ended up going down the road to McDonalds so we could get something we were confident was safe. Cleanliness wasn't great, but it wasn't horrible. There were a lot of flies. The restaurant had a slight smell of soured mop water."

"Long considered to be an institution for Kapampangan cuisine, everybody's cafe is located in an older part of San Fernando near MacArthur highway. They serve local delicacies such as Frog legs, crickets, okoy, halo halo and more. They're not cheap but the food is definitely as authentic as they come.
