"Been here many times so this is an average rating. The food is always good but the service is always lacking. Even though it's a pick your things as you go type of a restaurant they rush your bowl through faster than you can move so it's difficult to pick and choose what you want. Even when you do they usually don't listen and try to put the wrong things on anyway."

"I went with my boyfriend because we had a free smoothie with our Starving Student Card. The service was terrible and the music appalling (strong language such as the f bomb). Definitely not a place that I would feel great taking children. It took 20 minutes for the workers to make two smoothies, which I would understand if they were busy, but there were only 2 other people there. Then they had some friends come in that the workers talked to, instead of actually working. Also, when I bought the smoothies, they asked me to sign the receipt, and put the receipt and a pen on the counter where it was hard to reach instead of handing it to me (I know that is such a little thing, but a little customer service can go a long way) Finally, when we actually got our smoothies, they didn 't even taste very good. I 'm sure some people love it here, but for me, I prefer Tropical Smoothie Cafe, the prices, customer service, and smoothies are significantly better."

"Love Perks in general, and this is a beautiful location! Modern and feels like it's a good working space. There are sockets near almost all wall seats! They were very patient with my creepy toddler and the coffee was as usual excellent."

"Wonderful Starbucks crew with the lead celebrating (Bailey) one partner’s first day and congratulating another (Natalie) partner’s last day, wishing her well. Super friendly atmosphere with fast, cordial service. The drive through appears to be a nonstop flow, but the lobby wasn’t busy at all. Wonderful stop for a pick-me-up!"

"The two times I’ve been in here it has had a very long line and wait time with only one employee and the phone ringing off the hook. It was between lunch and dinner at each visit so I didn’t expect it to be that busy. The employees have been great but they really need extra help, it’s extremely slow. Because of my long wait at my first visit I ordered pickup for the second visit. Their website estimated my meal would be ready in 30 minutes but it was 45 minutes. The food is amazing, if it weren’t for the long wait times and meals not ready for pickup at estimated time I would have given 5 stars."
