"Member of staff being rude to customers and colleagues. Sandy is Clearly a supervisor who isn't very good at her job, unable to lead without shouting at other staff members when they asked any questions. Honestly none of the staff looked happy or like they wanted to be there being spoken to like dirt. Food is good of course but I don't think we will return to store."

"Finally a decent Burrito in London!. I am from Los Angeles and live in London. For the past 8 years I have wondered why London which has such a diverse palate does not offer decent Mexican fare. Whilst this is not traditional Mexican food, it is the best darned Burrito/Taco/Mexican fast food outlet in London, as good as any you would find in California. The 'barbacoa ' is delicious- succulent, flavorful and luscious! At 5 to 6 quid a pop this is excellent value for money, compared to most other fast food/sandwiches on the high street."

"I just wanted to leave a quick review to say how lovely and friendly the staff were. The food was good, what you’d expect from a chain burrito place! But they were welcoming, friendly and considerate so I thought needed a special mention!!"

"I had the best burrito when I went to tortilla. I was flabbergasted with the quality and honestly it’s heaven in a bowl. Highly recommend for everyone from all walks of life."

"I was a regular at this place before I even knew they had a loyalty program and ever since I think it's safe to say I'm about 20% naked burrito now. It doesn't help that the staff are usually quite friendly and helpful, especially kind Christina who will not hesitate to assist you in any way she can and look happy to do it! So overall, if you're not trying to get hooked on one restaurant, trying this place out might not be your safest bet."

"First, I want to say that the food is amazing. I would now like to talk about how terrible they have decided to lead this place. Firstly, you cannot call them so that they do not even take account of the responsibility for their slow service. I ordered two. It is currently 2.46, and I had 0 updates, no way to call them. They are only 15 minutes away. The driver came around 2.17. There's no food. Slow service. No way to reach them. I called the neighboring Tortilla and they told me that I should write a review because many angry customers were diverted there, and why is that? Because they don't have a number to communicate. it is frustrating and uncomfortable aswell as inconvenient if you are on a rough schedule and do not even update this place. This deffo must be seen, and if I come as a car, then it is, and if the foods are cold, I will be a worse car."
