"I’ve been coming here for the better part of a decade, and it’s sad to say but this place has all but completely fallen apart. There seems to be no attention to detail, from items missing to thoroughly overcooked rubber steak. This place used to have the best food quality, and now it’s far from it. My salad yesterday was not only missing the dressing, but half of the lettuce was wilted and brown. The roasted veggies were completely missing any sort of seasoning, not even salt. Is anyone paying attention to what they are serving here? For a long time I put up with their frustrating online ordering which would tell you that your order was ready long before it actually was, because the food was mostly worth the wait. (This was for the first time accurate yesterday in fairness) Now, the food is so mediocre there is no reason to keep coming here and it truly is unfortunate, because this place used to be GREAT."

"I ordered the lobster roll I was very disappointed it was Mayo and lobster and a small slice of lettuce no flavor and the lobster did not smell or taste good, the lobster tasted sour. I took 4 bites before just throwing it away. The French fries that came with the meal was the only edible part of the meal. The fires are cold in the middle with no salt or seasoning. I ended up very sick from the meal later in the evening."

"Went in this morning and the employees working there were very rude. The gentleman working the grill gave us dirty looks, like we were ruining his day by being there. The music was playing at a club level volume and they would not turn it down. We waited 5 minutes without anyone even trying to help us, so an older couple and I walked out. Upsetting, because I do enjoy their food, but I do not stand for rude and disrespectful service"

"Food is predictable Chick-fil-A fare, other than soggy fries. The young lady who took our order was polite but the experience was ruined by another employee (dark skin, curly dark hair) and a manager? (black shirt) with no backbone. We arrived shortly before closing and ordered with no problem. There were cars ahead of us in line and a couple behind us. At 10:01, while we 're waiting at the window, this girl starts practically yelling at the one who was helping us Why would you take another order?! We 're closed now! It doesn 't matter what time they got in line, we 're closed now and continued arguing very loudly at the window. The other girl told her she will take orders until 10pm (closing) and that is what she 's supposed to do. What am I supposed to do? We 're open until 10:00! This rude girl would not stop and, when asked, the person I assume to be the manager did nothing. Any other place, a tantrum about having to do my job in front of customers would be completely unacceptable. I will 100% never give this location my hard earned money again. I know restaurants and businesses are struggling. SO ARE the average customers who need to be more discerning about where their dollars go!"
