"Wer gerne Nudeln in verschiedenen Varianten probieren möchte sollte hier mal einkehren. Eigentlich dürfte für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei sein. Leider findet man keinen Hinweis ob man bei den einzelnen Gerichten auch andere Nudeln wählen kann. Das wäre gerade für Gäste wichtig die Unverträglichkeiten haben. Leider gibt es die Spagetti Bolognese nicht nur mit Rind. Das was wir gegessen haben ist wirklich lecker gewesen und die Portionen sind richtig groß. Auch das Personal ist immer freundlich und auch wenn viel los ist. Das Ambiente ist meiner Meinung nach richtig für das Makkaroni. Industriehalle mit Werbebildern aus der Zeit von den Anfängen der Nudelproduktion in Riesa bis Ende der DDR. Das man Nebenan gleich Nudeln kaufen kann und auch in der Woche die Produktion sich ansehen kann ist richtig toll. Das kleine Museum ist schön und auch für Kinder geeignet."
