"Disappointed. If you call yourself a Mediterranean restaurant and you don't even make pita (c'mon it's so simple)... But serve old, stale pita from a bag ...that's one of the main components of a falafel sandwich. The falafel were ok. Was the sauce watered down ranch? Also the service wasn't very welcoming. I think the server maybe uttered one word (the total). Not a memorable experience and not a place i'd go back"

"Food was amazing, but the service was lacking. One of the employees was very kind, but the other one was incredibly rude to both my friend and me. She and I both simply asked what was popular on the menu and she had attitude in every response for no warranted reason. Then as she was cleaning off a table, she complained loudly about how messy the previous customer had been for spilling his water. ?Disgusting. How does a grown man spill his water?? A simple mistake. Our experience with her was overall very unpleasant. I do not usually like to leave public negative reviews, but when I asked for the manager I was told there was no one present to speak with me. When I asked for a business email or phone number to speak to the manager, I was told that was not an option. So I let them know I would be writing an honest review about the service. The service industry is not for everyone and if someone cannot work without being rude to customers and guests then maybe they should not be working in a restaurant, setting a bad vibe for people who only wish to enjoy their dining experience."

"Rolled in about 7am with my gift card. One woman was working, and she was doing a great job keeping everything running smoothly. She got everyone served in a timely manner. I got an Impossible breakfast sandwich, which was good despite being prefab. 5 bucks is a lot for it, I thought, but it was good. The Impossible patty smelled like real meat, which was kind of weird, but I ended up liking it. Everything looked very clean. I prefer Panera's coffee over Starbucks coffee, but I had a gift card from Starbucks, so what you gonna do?"
