"As I was leaving Missoula I decided to take my friends advice and try out Bayern Brewing and the Edelweiss Bistro. Also he wanted me to pick up a flat of the Dragon's Breath beer for him. I had the Dragon's Breath soup and the weiner schnitzel with the Maui onion mustard. The soup was like a beef stew but made out of awesome sauce or somethingand the weiner schnitzel was excellent especially when dipped in the Maui onion mustard. Great vibe and excellent staff. Definitely recommend!"
