"Want to find this familiar name on my favorite food website suddenly. I happened to meet Nicole during my trip through Switzerland (6 months and counting) and was immediately invited to stay past and enjoy delicious vegan dinners at their base, which says a lot about their open friendly attitude and kindness. During 2 days I learned a lot about her drive in life, visions and excellent healthy cooking skills (she even wrote a useful recipe guide). Contact this lady, she has a lot to teach, each one of us."

"The Belle Epoque at Hotel Eden is a great place for wonderful food served in a very refined setting by an attentive staff. Making the experience even better is the quality of the food. While at the Eden we dined at Belle Epoque twice. The...vegetarian dishes we had were VERY flavorful. We also enjoyed the Chateaubriand. It was served as two courses which was very unique. This restaurant was our dinning highlight of Spiez!"
