"I was so happy with my first bite of the Mexican roll. And the crab rangoon was fresh and delicious. And then the car came to a screeching halt. I think the food started tasting worse every minute after the waiter (owner? yelled at my girlfriend. Heexclaimed I don 't care so loudly if there was more than one table in the restaurant everybody would have looked up. She nevergets sauce on anything and she had already excluded sauce from one item that said it came with sauce. But one of her rolls didnot indicate that it came with sauce. So she did not ask them to leave it off. And when she pointed out that the sauce was onthe roll is when he yelled at her. Good thing we enjoy weird experiences together because this restaurant was like an episode ofThe Twilight Zone. Then we realized we had no Wasabi or Ginger at the table and they proceeded to bring the tiniest servingseither of us have ever seen in our lives. She went to the bathroom and came back grossed out because the toilet was overflowedand the bathroom was not clean. And to cap off the evening 10 minutes before close, she tried to order one more roll from theall-you-can-eat menu and the waitress said sorry we 're closed. We won 't have to worry about them spitting in our food because wewill never be back."

"I was craving a beef sandwich and my mom was nice enough to pick one up for me (I just had surgery). I was told that the girl/woman my mom dealt with was not very kind. My mom said she did not see a regular roast beef on the menu and asked if it was possible to get one without cheese. She said it seemed like it was a big deal. I also got a different bun (one with onions on it vs seeds). I am still bummed that potato cakes are off the menu. Ordered crinkle fries. As I was eating them, I had to stop because there were 2 short, dark hairs found. The sandwich hit the spot and I did not finish the fries. I have never had an issue ordering from there and I go through the drive thru. Not sure if the staff do not have patience for older people or if things have changed. Oh, getting BBQ sauce was a chore as well."

"Very bad experience. Food was okay but so slow that kids were almost crying. Also too pricey. The worst part was our waitress. She had such a bad attitude. She never stopped by our table after serving one dish we needed to have freakin’ utensils!! until we called her and then she ‘arrogantly’ said that’s how it is at the restaurant. One spoon and one fork for 4 people was how it is at the restaurant!!! ??? she NEVER apologized until my husband was about to TIP. What a wonderful waitress. Geez. Will never go back."

"An excellent place to take your family or significant other for a great lunch or dinner. Located in Rolling Meadows it wasn’t far from Arlington Heights where we live. The waitress was very nice, I really wished I asked her name. I recommend trying the crispy boneless duck. All the things you love about duck minus dealing with the bones, which makes eating duck a quicker experience in my opinion. We also tried a lamb dish, and a fish dish which was very good as well. Totally recommend especially if you’re looking for a new place apart from the Woodfield shopping area."
