"Good desert golf course. Because in the middle of the high desert Desert Winds is quite well maintained. A few dry dusty areas here and there, but overall not bad. Course fees are very reasonable and the course is not too demanding. Great for beginners."

"We had a wonderful time. My husband won a little on cards and I won a little on the slots. Overall we had a great time. I bought 2 cartons of cigarettes for $98. It was worth the whole trip. The cigarettes are generic, but they're not too bad. I'll definitely get more at the next visit. Oh, and I just remember I also got a free gift because I had a player club card that I had used at a few earlier visits. It was a big non-stick pan. Great. Definitely worth a trip to go back."

"Oh my gosh I’m glad we got up early and got here. Breakfast quesadilla was better than I could’ve wanted it to be. So tasty. Cute, clean place. Great prices and great staff. Glad we found it this trip."

"I had the Monument burger, and my wife had the sliders. One of her sliders was missing the barbeque sauce, but we didn't know until she bit into the second one. The burger had patches that were really good, but was a little bland for all of the ingredients. The fries for both looked strongly seasoned, but didn't really have a strong flavor. The samosas were good. I really liked how fresh the chutney for them tasted. I will try it again, most likely, but it was pretty underwhelming on our first visit."

"Our friends in 29 Palms treat us to CHB [insert Amber Heard stepped on a bee meme] when they visit us and when we visit them and everything is crazy good. Well, except one thing (I like my granola sweet and unhealthy), but everything else so good I am willing to admit I 'm probably wrong. Love everything they gave us: coffee cake, croissants, roasted tomato tortellini, sandwiches, but especially the pesto, green tomatillo sauce, and perfect chocolate cake, which they leave for their Airbnb guests to ensure five stars."

"I went when they first opened and ordered 1 chicken burrito and 1 carne asada burrito and 4 hard shell tacos..2 chicken and 2 beef- the burritos were terrible- my pet peeve is biting in to my chicken burrito and getting a mouth full of Cartlidge- gross. Asada was hard as rocks And my 2 beef tacos had no flavor at all and my 2 what were supposed to be chicken was 1 chicken also flavored with Cartlidge and the other was mixed with I guess what was left of old chicken and some ground beef and they all had barely enough meat in them. I couldn't even order through the speaker it didn't work , I paid 40 bucks and had to wait for 45 minutes which I gave them a pass because they had only been open for 3 days . But when I got home and saw n tasted my food I was so pissed. I will never go back. And I haven't."
