"This was perhaps the skimpiest pizza ever! So skimpy, it’s a true stretch even calling it such.We ordered two different “pizzas”, one thin crust and the other regular. Thin is very, very thin. Regular is still thin.The toppings were sparse at best, and the pizzas looked nothing like the product photos.There was a measly layer of something that looked like cheese which was at best 1mm thick in the most heavily layered parts. More molecules of cheese could have landed on this pizza if you waved a sealed package over top of it.The ham and pineapple pizza with mushrooms was an abomination: almost no ham to speak of, but if you looked really hard it was evident that there might have been some pineapple in the kitchen when this was cooked. There was perhaps 0.5 1 piece per slice -at most! I found evidence of a mushroom slice a day later on a reheated slice.Salty, lacking in flavour, absent of sauce, yet still offering that feeling of bloat afterwards as a reminder to not do this again for at least several years.Truly unsatisfying for the price. And unsatisfactory at any price."

"I have eaten here many times and no matter what you order it is good here. A wide variety of entrees and appies and great Pizza you can't go wrong, I have had fish and chips here and its always really good. Plus the pasta dishes are all good.Great place to come and eat with a family or with a group of friends."

"Some of the worst customer service I have experienced! the order that was delivered was completely wrong. driver said they would return with the right order that never happened. I tried to call and got the run from there host over the phone, about it still on the way that it wasn't. never has commanded. this device would not recommend anyone."

"I have a good note in the post that says that 3 medium-sized 2 pizzas for 20 dollars. I have made my order for the medium gluten free crust due to my allergy. employees had to call a manager. tells me, manager can't make the deal for gluten free. I have seen coupons in the past that say gluten free excluded, but it does not say that anywhere on this good. never had problems with coupons in vernon and kelowna. fresh slice in general is great so this is nothing against the food or the workers. but because of this experience at this place and it doesn't make sense why I was denied, I must give 1 star. image of credit card added to review. who also reacted to it tried to cover themselves by saying that they no longer offer gluten-free in the medium, because it is an 11 inch crust. that's just one way to try to give a reason to deny me. I ordered this same crust with the same coupons of vernon and kelowna fresh slice locations. they have 2 size choices in da pan krusten. medium is classified as 12 inches, and they have xl, that is 16 inches. is that the gluten-free crust only 1 inches smaller than the medium that clearly fits that size best. it was just a bad service that didn't want to honor a voucher. while they tried to find a technical ground for this 1-star rating. this review was originally in juli 2020, as shown in Coupon photo. only had to edit it, give them more information due to their answer."
