"We moved in round the corner from this take away business some months ago but have only just started to use it. The prices are amazingly low-a container each of fried rice and Mongolian beef was $14 in total and way more than two greedy people should have eaten. Once again, I said the fried rice is the best I've eaten and the Mongolian Beef was good too. The very nice man who owns the place warned us that as he only has two hands, dinner can be a longer wait than we've had at lunchtimes."

"Kat's fish and chips the go to place in traralgon!! So after a horrible experience at bluebay fish shop in traralgon (staff eating food while trying to serve you, obviously an extremely unhygienic and disgusting practice in any restaurant) I found Kat's fish and chips! One time I accidentally ordered a fried flake instead of grilled but I thought I had said grilled and I hadn't it was my mistake and they went out of their way to put on a grilled flake for me and it was no problem at all! The customer service at this place is fantastic! Highly recommend this place if I could give it 10 stars I would. Highly recommend if your looking for quality hygienic fish and chips! Will be back most definitely!"

"Paid $8.50 for large chips looked like a handful from a baby. Chips took 30 minutes to prepare (shop was empty) and when I got there was told oh sorry its a $10 minimum for card , usually something you should get told over the phone... and then had to wait an extra 5-10 minutes for gravy to get it over the $10 minimum. Only ordered from there once before and wasn 't impressed but due to regular fish and chip shop being closed on a Monday I thought maybe it could be better, it was not. One of the, im assuming owner, was midway through taking an order, stopped and started arguing with one of the other workers. Unprofessional to say the least."

"Last week we had a family get together for the Grandsons birthday and fish and chips were the order of the day plus potato cakes , dim sims and chicken nuggets.It was a large order which we rang through, the lady on the phone was very curtious , told me the price after double checking the order and said how long it would be .She was spot on with her time , as we walked in it was just being served up .The order was spot on and all was terrific, enjoyed by all.Hard to get any better I think."
