"As part of a small 7person group that has just visited aix en provence, stopped for dinner. from the local autobahn, on a hill and then on a dirt ride, one could not find this place unless they were before. fortunately, our guide,...and arranged a wonderful evening dinner of weeping, goat pattie, with a main course of roasted lamb and sweet. service very attentive (we were the only group in the main restaurant), presentation of all dishes excellent, and eating very well. a fabulous culinary experience."

We stayed in Saint-Marc-Jaumegarde just east of Aix-en-Provence and ate four nights in chez La Garde in Vauvenargues. The food was wonderful, the restaurant...lovely, and we were made to feel like family. We regret that in our town there is not a single restaurant that can compare to it."
