"I have visit a few times before now and every time the staff have been so rude and unfriendly. At a time when a pleasant greeting or even a smile would make the world of difference to someone you’re left feeling like you’ve been a complete and utter inconvenience that they’ve had to get up from using their mobile phones to serve you a hot drink. I left feeling so upset today! I will never visit Cafe Nero again and would certainly not recommend your shop to others. Sort yourselves out!"
