"Rude and disrespectful. My mother and I were ordering our food but they kept making comments that they couldn?t hear or understand us and even laughed about it during the whole process. Turn down the music then and be patient. They literally started ignoring my mom from ordering. They claimed she wasn?t making sense because of her accent and mask on. And laughed about it! Wanting to keep the peace, I said nothing. When handing our food, they literally threw it on the table! They did not hand us the bag of food, they THREW the bag! It even made a loud thud sound. I was actually more shocked that they did that. I love eating at Chipotle, but this specific place I do not recommend. I honestly felt they were doing it on purpose. We were planning on staying to eat, but with the service we got, we decided to just leave. We felt very uncomfortable. I worked in customer service, that was not customer service. That was Rude and Disrespectful."

"After waiting for 40 min in the line to get food this bad..... I will NEVER give this place any more money! Wish I could get a refund but I am not waisting any more time. Covid 19 is one thing. They were not very good before but I figured since it was drive thru only maybe they could focus more on the food. Not sure who owns or runs this place but it needs help!"

"Brisco County was definitely worth the stop. I was on my way to a freelance assignment when I got off the freeway to eat there. Ordered a brisket sandwich with fries and it was amazing. Not only that but the menu had so many great looking options that it took me a long time to decide. I am going back for sure and want to try more stuff there. If you haven’t eaten at Brisco County, please do!"
