"Today is Tuesday, July 16 3 PM. This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!"

"Absolutely bad customer service. I should listen to the reviews. The old man overcharge me because i use two half dozen box. I keep telling him I ordered two dozen donuts. All I need just a small box to go than I can share with my family. He knows what I mean, He don’t care about it still charge me extra $3 dollars. That $3 is really nothing but the point is he play you like a stupid. Make me feel so mad. I’ve definitely not come back anymore. Horrible experience."

"The beef chow main used the lowest cut of grizzled beef and the beef pho had slices of beef lunch meet. Neither dish had any flavor unless you doused it in salt, pepper and sauce. Cost $66 for 2 peeople to eat .99 packs of noodles. Recommend choosing one of the other great Easton restaurants."

"Feel like the quality of Panera has just declined over the years. The salad wasn’t very fresh, sandwich was very okay. However, the smoothies are pretty good! Plenty of free parking and has a drive thru."
