"Absolutely shocking bad food. We couldn't eat the food, it was so bad, the manager was quite aggressive and made us pay for food we refused to eat because of the bad quality. This place cannot be called a restaurant of any description. The manager seemed to have been through this before and was not interested in hearing what was wrong, he thought the food was good enough, so we insisted that we pay for it even though we didn't eat it. We paid and left before things escalated to a point that can cost more than $117. This is not BS history, save yourself some pain and money and go somewhere else, the reviews for this place are misleading."

"Only person in store waiting to pick up phone ordered pizza's and ignored at counter for 5 plus minutes by 2 staff making pizza's.Politely asked them if I could be served and 1 of the staff replied yes and keeps working with no intention to serve.Eventually another staff member walks in followed by another customer. Staff member takes pizza's out of oven , calls other customers name and gives him pizza's and takes his payment.He then continues to take more pizza's out of the oven and I ask again if I can be served. Eventually I recieved my pizza's which had stored waiting for pick up the whole time and had been prepaid.Terrible service, particularly initial 2 staff totally ignoring customers."

"New to the area, so tried Hyde Park Pizza Bar for the first time tonight and we were impressed! We had the gourmet seafood pizza (can't remember the name) the vegetarian. It was ready for pick up in 15 mins, which is great. The pizzas were delicious, with quality toppings that lovely wood oven y flavour yum! This is going to be our regular now!"
