Paleron confit au Tandoori amazing presentation and outstanding flavor. Entremet Bergamotte,noisette et caramel OMG; I don’t know how they packed all those flavors into this multi layer dessert, but it was a treasure! The service was outstanding, and I look forward to our next visit to the area. If you are anywhere near l’Auberge le Nazil, give yourself the gift of dinner at this wonderful gem. Le vin rouge est correct une fois qu'on l'a "réchauffé" entre les mains (servi presque glacé). Café de qualité mais un peu cher"
