"Das Essen ist guter Durchschnitt – wenn man es dann endlich serviert bekommt und sich nicht noch unqualifizierte, freche Bemerkungen anhören muss... Wir waren zu viert und haben dreimal Kalbsgeschnetzeltes mit Rösti und einmal Wienerschnitzel mit Pommes Frites bestellt. Klar, war das Restaurant voll besetzt. Klar, erschienen die meisten Gäste praktisch zur gleichen Zeit. Klar, wollten fast alle nach dem Essen den kulturellen Anlass im Saal besuchen. Aber das weiss man in der Küche und im Service im voraus, und darauf könnte man sich vorbereiten.Eine Stunde nach unserer Bestellung erlaubte ich mir, nachzufragen, wie es unserem Essen gehe. Eine Servicemitarbeiterin kam mit der Meldung aus der Küche zurück, es wäre unterwegs. Dann hat es jedoch noch einmal eine halbe Stunde gedauert, bis wir endlich bedient wurden.Auf meine entsprechende, sachlich und anständig vorgebrachte Kritik erwiderte die Chef-Serviererin (als solche hat sie sich zumindest aufgespielt) auf schnoddrige Art, die Vorstellung im Saal würde schon nicht ohne uns beginnen. Damit ist uns der Appetit dann vollends vergangen."

Freundliches und aufgestelltes Personal, dass uns persönlich zum Tisch im Saal führt, den wir für ein romantisches Essen vorziehen würde, damit der Tischnachbar nicht alles mithören kann. Super Küche mit klaren Spezialitäten, das Entrecôte mit Pommes Frites und Gemüse ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Fleisch ist guter Qualität und im gewünschten Gar-Grad. Schöne Weinkarte (auch offen). Der Service ist aufmerksam, freundlich und kompetent in der Beratung. Das Essen wird schnell serviert. Wir können das Restaurant nur empfehlen. Wer einmal dort war, geht gerne wieder hin. Ganz herzlichen Dank!"
