"My family and I (4 people) were in Switzerland for a family holiday. This restaurant was opposite our hotel and looked very nice and had a lot of advertising outside. On 2 occasions we tried to eat at the restaurant and were refused. The first time she said that we were too late (21:00pm). The second time we arrived at 20:00pm and as we walked in and asked for a table for 4 she huffed and puffed and then went to ask her colleague and just said to us no without a reason or explanation. There were lots of other people in the restaurant eating and many free tables. I was very disappointed and upset that we had been refused twice. Whilst the outside of the restaurant was very nice, the staff were unaccommodating to a family on their first trip to Arosa."

"This is a great European restaurant. It is small, with great service and wonderful food. Starters were CHF 15-20 and Mains CHF 35-55. There were a couple of mains that could be ordered as half-size for about CHF20. Wine by the glass was around CHF 10. Their menu had many lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian options"
