"Résidant de HON-Hergies depuis plusieurs années et chef de cuisine de métier, je vous fais part de ma triste expérience dans ce cadre pourtant idyllique: ce dimanche 18 juin je me suis rendu avec mon amie dans ce restaurant juste en face de chez elle qui ,je dois avouer, est tres attirant.Nous étions les 1e clients. Nous avons été accueilli par le cuisinier, jusque là aucun souci,....prise de commande et renseignement sur la carte rapide et toujours souriant par le cuisinier. Nous nous sommes laisser tenté par la pyrade pour deux... nous avons été servis au bout d'une heure et demie d'attente. On ne nous redemande même pas si l'on souhaite reprendre un verre en attendant (par cette chaleur...). Et lorsque le repas arrive, l'appareil à chauffer la viande n'étais même pas allumé. Nous avons donc attendu en mangeant les garnitures ( rusty, croquette, pâtes..) enfin l'appareil est prêt,.... mon amie n'a pas su beaucoup manger la viande car s'étant rabattue sur les garnitures, n'avais donc plus faim. Jamais durant le repas quelqu'un est venu nous demandé si tout se passais bien. J'ai attendu plus de 20 min espérant que quelqu'un passe pour demander des frites... non toujours personne... il a fallu que je me lève pour trouver quelqu'un . Les frites arrivent et très dur (en même temps => c'est du surgelé, mon amie voit très très souvent le camion de livraison de surgelé arriver... habitant en face). Bref . Nous attendons d'être débarrassé. Ah! Là on nous demande quand même si cela a été, et lorsque l'on fait remarquer que l'appareil n'étais même pas branché et que l'on a encore du attendre , le gérant nous répond prit au vif "il faut m'excuser!" ... pardon? Nous devons donc prendre sur nous même? Oulahhh, de la vexation ou susceptibilité....! Bref nous ne choisissons pas de prendre un dessert, ça sera à la maison, et heureusement car lorsque l'on voit arriver l'addition : 80€! Pour une pyrade et les boissons. Aucune entrée, aucun désert... mais 80€!! Merci beaucoup de nous avoir ajouter des suppléments sur suppléments !! 6€ de sauce en supplément et 15€ de supplément frites et pâtes ...Quand on voit le prix des frites et des pâtes au kilo.... vous margez plus que jamais! .... bref , nous savons que vous venez du BTP mais svp la satisfaction et fidélisation du client vous ne connaissez pas! Sans parler de la communication. Bref , plus jamais! Les tables ne sont même pas bien nettoyées ainsi que la terrasse .Après la hutte gauloise qui n'a pas tenu et les anciens propriétaires qui sont partis (et je précise que vous avez dénigré devant les clients présent à côté de notre table!...), je ne donne pas longtemps avant que toute cette mascarade ferme. Étant du métier je ne vais pas vous faire une bonne pub, ainsi que mon amie, résidente voisine."
