"My wife and I had the most amazing experience. The staff was amazing, bartender made best old fashion that I ever had and not even get we started on the Pontchatrain (not sure I wrote this right) amazing red fish dish with the most amazing heavenly sauce above the top with shrimp and mushrooms. I mean absolutely amazing. The best Cajun I ever had outside NOLA! 100 Recommend"

"I would rate this among one of the top meals I have had. I'm not kidding, from the appetizers to dessert was perfect for all 5 of us in our party. The waiter started with a welcome plate of 4 different soups and an Oster appetizer sample. This was because it was our first time there and it was complimentary. The wait staff (Lance I think) was awesome. He also had tons of support staff helping deliver the orders. I had the scallops and shrimp with sides of grits and red beans and rice. Just an absolutely delicious meal. Flavor and temperature were perfect. Key lime pie as dessert. Very smooth and a perfect cool blend of sweet. I so wish we had one of these restaurants in Indiana. Excellent job and if I could give 10 stars I would."

"Hao palace has a great variety of foods in the buffet. Fish and seafood collections are excellent. I like the shrimp a lot. They also have chicken, beef, salmon and others. The sushi was delicious. The desserts and fruits are available here. The customer service is excellent. They checked couple of times whether we may need drinks. The price of the the buffet is reasonable."

"The place is elegant.. the staff .. very friendly.. the food.. is.. not good, we got unagi. It wasn 't fresh, full of sauce to cover that up.. the tower.. the salmon wasn 't fresh it had that river taste I just can 't describe it.. it was not good or worth the amount we have paid for the meal, would we come back or recommend to a friend? Absolutely not!.. the only ok dish was the soft shell crab .. even that was over salted but.. overall experience.. I would not come back here again, I do regret not making the waiter take back the old unagi and salmon dishes.."

"Disappointed. Been here before and had a good experience. Today was not good. Ordered the veggie platter with shrimp. The picture in the menu showed big grilled veggies and what I got was obviously bagged vegetables (and not top quality) that had been steamed. No seasoning. Raw onions and raw tomatoes. The shrimp on top was nicely seasoned and the avocados were also good but since the bulk of the meal was to be the vegetables, it was disappointing to say the least. My son ordered the kid's pizza and the middle was raw dough. We sent it back to be cooked longer and although it was better, it still wasn't a good consistency.<br br/>Talked to the owner and he just said that others had also complained about the same meal within the past few days that I got but he did nothing to rectify my situation even though I said that I hadn't eaten it. He just showed me the new menu that apparently says that you have to specify if you want it steamed or grilled. I noted that the picture on his current menu showed it grilled. He basically said that it was my fault so we paid and left. I wasn't going to cause a scene.<br br/>Also, used the restroom and it was disgusting. Toilet didn't work. Trash was overflowing. Waitress was standing against the wall having a conversation on her phone, which typically doesn't bother me but seemed weird since the doors were the type to have the large gaps.<br br/>Finally, the complimentary queso was cold and had started to solidify. Again, it was complimentary so I didn't complain. Oh... and there was ?plastic? In it. I just set it aside and assumed it was a freak accident.<br stars because the shrimp was good. Everything else... star."

"The fod tastes good, and the Thai icedtea was great. However, everything is delivered in Styrofoam, which is bad for the planet and toxic to people. Also, there were hardly any mushrooms and shrimp in my soup. Curry is typically delivered, by most Thai places, in a flat plastic covered server, and not a quart soup container. Get it together."

"The food was good salmon was great, but the customer service was AWFUL. Our server was lukewarm just greeted us got orders and acted as if we were a bother despite us being the only ones there. My husband ran out of water she didn’t refill, slid us our food and had no semblance of care, mostly Ignored us until she brought us our bill and acted just overall rude. I think this place would have a lot more customers if it had better staff and would have a higher than a 4.0 star rating because the food is genuinely worth it."
