"I always get take-out from this place and I am so thankful that they put the soup in its own plastic bag. The sushi is great but so is their Korean food. The sides could be better though."

"I came by to get Sushi for my daughter, as she enjoyed there. I said, "joy." After I saw a piece falling on the ground that was made, he stepped a few times over it. I told him he dropped a piece. He ignored me. Thank God it was not that my sushi order was made at the time. I paid the sushi and waited a bit. He went back to the sushi he made, and took the fallen piece and continued to put it in the tray he made. Ewwwwhhhhh! Take your chances to eat here. I/we never went back and do not intend. That was at Masonville Place."

"This is tucked a stone's throw off Richmond Row on Piccadilly...steps from Oxford and Richmond near Urban Outfitters. Quiet and cosy, the food is fresh and prepared with care by owner chef David. Service quick and respectful. The Udon , sushi and sashimi was delicious as was the spicy crab ramen. Salads available for those who are not fans of Sushi..(there is always one in every crowd). Not licensed but healthy alternatives...kind of refreshing not to have alcohol on the menu. Very reasonably priced. Small patio for the warmer days...locals seem to grab lunch here and they offer a lunch special for delivery to the university. Excellent spot for a quiet business meeting..dividers between tables for intimate privacy. not sure..but believe WIFI is available."

"So, first time customer. Karen, took my order Just wanted to.make sure the fries were crispy, I asked twice. Get home and guess what soggy fries. Even gave her a $5 tip on a $34 order after she confirmed the fries were crispy. Not coming back. Noticed two staff in Kitchen area, both were not wearing their masks. I went went to the KOP Strathroy in 2019. There the staff,food, and demeanor was very professional. I guess I go back there when its safe. Sent from my Galaxy"

"Just a little background, I've been to the majority of sushi restaurants in London, ON and have had a pleasant experience with the majority of them. Wish I could say the same for Wonder Sushi but Wonder Sushi is by far the worst out of all of them. I'll tell you why.The food at Wonder is decent, kind of average. Definetly not the worst, but if you want average sushi, it will do the trick.The service is absolutely TERRIBLE. Waitresses do not know how to communicate with their customers, orders are always sent to the wrong table, and they are very unresponsive towards their customers.When there was a problem with our order, we asked our waitress about it. She told us to wait "one second", she proceeded to the back of the kitchen and did not come out for a good 15-20 minutes. When she finally came back out, she walked by our table and did not acknowledge our request. We asked her again about our order and she repeated the same process. This time she stayed hidden for another 10 minutes.We were stranded with no waitress and even worse, no food. Finally another waitress walked by us and we requested a change in our order. She did not understand us and was irresponsive. She said she would have to ask the manager about changing our order. Another 15 minutes go by and no manager in sight.After waiting a good 45 minutes we finally got the changes on our order and had to wait another 10 minutes to receive our food. If you're following this, that's ALMOST 1 HOUR of wait time before receiving our food. Mind you, the restaurant was not packed at all.This was my third time at Wonder and every single time it was consistently poor service. Management needs to do a better job of training, continual lack of service will lead to them going out of business (especially with strong competitors in the proximity - Nov8 and 168 Sushi are all good).Moral of the story: Average food, terrible service, if you don't like wasting your time don't go here. There are much better all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants."
