"After reading good reviews on Nextdoor I thought I'd give it a try. They weren't very busy but still took a long time for service and then an extended time for food. Bill after tip was close to $80 for 4 with no alchohol. Bottled soda with no free refills. Very disappointed, no way I can recommend or return."

"Ok, so we came here seeing all the high ratings and assumed it was going to be great. To be honest, we were really disappointed. The taco salad was bland. The guacamole on it tasted like something you purchase pre-made at the grocery store. The meat had little flavor. It just lacked. Nothing seemed home made or authentic . I 'd gladly pay a few more dollars for fresh and flavorful .I got a red wine sangria. It had no fruit in it. I swear I think it was just red wine and cran-grape juice. My husband had a sip and agreed. Just disappointing.My husband got vegetarian enchilada. He said they were just meh. Not a lot of flavor. He told me it all tasted pre-made and reheated.The pizza looked good, but who knows until you eat it?It just seemed like very Americanized recipes aka bland and generic.I am all about supporting a family business and perhaps we just hit it on a wrong day? Maybe we will try it again some time, since we live so close.The 2 kids who waited and bussed were nice and hard working and it was a pretty resturant. Just bummed that the food didn 't bring it for me."

"Usually very good service and food. This visit, my margarita tasted like frozen ice, server took it off my bill, manager came over to take my check and credit card, when he came back, he had added the drink back and charged my card for it. Very poor customer service."

"Stuck in a 3-hour delay on the interstate two days after Christmas, this place was an Oasis of comfort food to calm my nerves. Hot, delicious, a friendly staff and tasty poblano in their rellenos! I'll pull off the side of the road on my own next time to eat some good food here."
