"4 of attended for lunch at short notice. The restaurant was setup with social distancing well respected and the food was exceptional quality, as was the thoughtful wine pairing. The service was first class, and the starters, mains and desserts, as well as amuse bouches and pre-dessert, were all without fault. The setting was delightful, and the wine incredible value. Definitely recommend if in the area."

Crepes for dessert (obviously!)Not much English spoken but we got by with rusty schoolgirl French and there is an English translation menu.Having been twice I wouldnt rush to go again as the menu is not that extensive but we all enjoyed the meals we had.The premises are lovely with the main restaurant being within the mediaeval walls leading to an outside courtyard. There is a plunge pool in the back too."
